Our signature 8 oz. sirloin stacked on top of AmberBock® beer braised onions, smothered with garlic butter and topped with crispy onions.

Rib-Eye
Perfect for hearty appetites. Hand cut, mesquite grilled and lightly seasoned.  
16 oz. and 12 oz.
 
New York Strip
12 oz. hand cut, mesquite grilled USDA Choice steak, lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection.
 
Filet Mignon
Tender and juicy—the gold standard of beef cuts.
9 oz. and 6 oz.
 
T-Bone
16 oz. thick, juicy steak containing a “T-shaped” bone and hand-cut from a short loin.
 
Porterhouse
Our largest steak, 20 oz., hand-cut with a New York Strip on one side and a small filet on the other.
 
Chopped Sirloin Steak  
Mesquite grilled, freshly choice ground steak trimmings.
Smother with Brewski Onions®, sautéed mushrooms and gravy for a small upcharge.
 
Teriyaki CLub Steak
8 oz. club cut sirloin, marinated 72 hours in a special blend of teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, herbs and spices for ultimate tenderness. Topped with teriyaki glaze and pineapple ring.
